Fulfilled Engineering was founded in January 2021 to provide personalized civil engineering services to clients small and large. We are selective of the clients we work with and projects we work on so that we can provide a detailed, specialized, and personal experience for each client. We view each client relationship as a partnership where our objective is to help our clients successfully fulfill their project goals.
Fulfilled Engineering was founded to help clients meet their needs and fulfill their project goals here in the United States while simultaneously utilizing a portion of the engineering revenue from each project to support the goal of bringing clean water to areas of need around the world through international partnerships.

PRESIDENT
DUSTIN JOHNSON, PE, LEED AP ND
Dustin has served as the President of Fulfilled Engineering since founding the company in 2021. He holds a professional engineering license in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Colorado and is a LEED Accredited Professional in Neighborhood Design.
Dustin earned Bachelor of Science, Master of Engineering, and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of South Carolina. He has over 16 years of industry experience working for engineering consultants, contractors, and surveyors.
SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER
EVAN LUSK, PE
Evan joined Fulfilled Engineering as a Senior Project Engineer in April 2022. He holds a professional engineering license in South Carolina.
Evan earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Business Administration from LSU Shreveport. He has over 6 years of experience working in engineering consulting.
